Patrol
Your daily steps become a neighborhood patrol. Weekly global league, 24-hour duels with friends, timed walks of 10 minutes or more.
Hero Stage turns your steps and bodyweight sessions into 8-bit arcade missions. A daily patrol, a 30-day ladder, a 20-minute score attack and a 16-week Season with its bosses.
In the league and in duels, everyone is ranked by progress toward their own goal. You don't have to outwalk the biggest walker in the league. You have to beat your goal, day after day.
Every morning, HQ recommends a mission based on your goal. Or grab the controller and pick one yourself.

5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats. Chain as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes and beat your record.

16 weeks of Monday-to-Friday missions, 4 bosses and 4 raids. Three intensities, one briefing per week.
Your level, your focus and your real steps from last week build your plan and your step goal.
A patrol, or a guided session with its timer and arcade beeps. Ned shows you each move and its easier version.
Day streaks, records, the weekly league and score cards to share. Then the next boss.
Five mini-sessions Monday to Friday, weekends off. Every mission pairs a push with a floor pull, and the push gets harder as the season goes on. Raid Fridays are played outside: a 30-minute walk or 3,000 steps.
To get back into it. The same missions, in an accessible version.
To make progress. More rounds, less rest.

Everything is bodyweight. The Season is played on the floor, no equipment. Monster Ladder and Round Rush include pull-ups: a bar is enough, plus two sturdy chairs for dips.
